Priestess Heather Vase | Leather

Crafted in limited small batches, this unique ceramic piece draws inspiration from a historic relic. This small, slightly conical vase features an antique grand tour plaster intaglio cameo from around 1840 by Liberotti, depicting a Priestess Heather.  This piece is glazed in Leather, a matte sable brown, A matte sable brown with organic variations. Inspired by old bound books.

All sizes are approximate and due to the nature of the pieces, slight imperfections should be expected (and embraced!) All pieces are hand built out of stoneware and glazed using only lead free and food safe glazes.

All forms are made from white stoneware clay bodies.
