SHIPPING COSTS
We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING** on all orders over $200 within the continental USA! For US orders under $200, please find shipping costs below.
We also ship worldwide using DHL. We ship to your international destination on a non DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please note: All orders require up to 1-2 business days for processing, but most orders placed before 12PM PST will be shipped same day. No orders will be shipped after hours (Office hours: Monday-Friday 9AM - 5PM PST), on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
If you would like to receive your order by a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you!
**FREE SHIPPING does not apply to some art, furniture, and some baskets. Products for which free shipping does not apply will show "REQUEST ITEM" in the product page.

REQUIRED SIGNATURES
To ensure the safety of your package, we require an indirect signature when shipping to apartments and/or if the value of the package exceeds $1,000.00.
If you would prefer to waive the required signature or add a required signature to a package outside these parameters, please call 1.877.342.6474 to speak with our customer care team.
Please note: This service is offered as a courtesy to keep your packages safe. We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. In addition, misplaced merchandise due to theft or a package being left outside for any length of time will not be refunded or replaced. Any and all claims regarding damaged, misplaced, missing or stolen merchandise must be made directly with the carrier. The carrier can be contacted by using your tracking number.
FURNITURE AND OVERSIZED ITEMS
Oversized home items can be requested, but cannot be purchased through dianiboutique.com. For shipping inquiries on furniture and oversized home items, please submit a request form on the product page and we will contact you via phone or email provided. We now offer Local Pick Up for online orders. Select the option at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up. Order will usually be ready for pick up 2 hours after order is placed during business hours.
