We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150 within the continental USA! For US orders under $150, please find shipping costs below.

Please note: All orders require up to 1-2 business days for processing, but most orders placed before 12PM PST will be shipped same day. No orders will be shipped after hours (Office hours: Monday-Friday 9AM - 5PM PST), on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

REQUIRED SIGNATURES

To ensure the safety of your package, we require an indirect signature when shipping to apartments and/or if the value of the package exceeds $1,000.00.

If you would prefer to waive the required signature or add a required signature to a package outside these parameters, please call 1.877.342.6474 to speak with our customer care team.

Please note: This service is offered as a courtesy to keep your packages safe. We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of our shipping carrier. Misplaced merchandise due to theft or a package being left outside for any length of time will not be replaced.

FURNITURE AND OVERSIZED ITEMS

Oversized home items can be requested, but cannot be purchased through dianiboutique.com. For shipping inquiries on furniture and oversized home items, please submit a request form on the product page and we will contact you via phone or email provided. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you are shopping from outside the U.S.A., we require that your order be placed via International Checkout. Please refer to the information below regarding how these orders will be processed and shipped. For international orders involving Isabel Marant Étoile items, please either fill out the Request Form on the product page or contact care@dianiboutique.com to place your order and inquire about shipping rates.

International Checkout

DIANI has partnered with International Checkout, a trusted third-party company, to fulfill orders for our international customers. To place an order, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your Shopping Cart and select the option for International Checkout. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout where shipping costs and duties/taxes will be calculated. You may pay by international credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order and once your order is completed, all inquiries/return requests should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com
