ONLINE PURCHASES – Return & Exchange Policy

Regular Priced Merchandise:

All returns will be accepted within 10 days of delivery date for a full refund to the original form of payment. We can also help you with an exchange or online store credit. Exclusions - No returns will be accepted on jewelry, lingerie, apothecary, books, artwork, vintage, furniture or food items.

Purchases that are made for gifting during the HOLIDAY SEASON are eligible for a later return date of 7 days after December 25th. 

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. If a final sale item is sent back without authorization, the item(s) will be returned to the customer.

If you prefer to speak to a stylist, you can call 877.342.6474 or email care@dianiboutique.com with the reason for the return, and you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Once you have been issued an RA number, you may return your package to the address below. Please enclose the original packing receipt and write your RA number on the outside of the package.

RETURN & EXCHANGE DETAILS

All return items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with store tags still attached. All shoes must be returned in their original box and in their original condition. Any item(s) with indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer. Any returns received outside the eligible return window, will either be returned for store credit only or will be returned to the customer. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS & SPECIAL ORDERING

We do our very best to ensure that our website is as current a possible, however occasionally items ordered may be out of stock. If an item you have ordered is not available, we will notify you by email or phone.

Our stylists are happy to help you find an alternate option or attempt to special order the item from your original purchase. If any items are special ordered, payment will be collected at the time of placing the order and are non returnable. All special order purchases are final sale.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We are happy to adjust the price of an item one time, if purchased merchandise is marked down within 7 days of the original order date. If a promotional discount was used on the original order, that discount cannot be applied to the adjusted price. We will only refund the difference between the original price paid and the new marked down price.

No returns will be accepted on sale merchandise.
