Priestess Handmade Pitcher | Soot

Crafted in limited small batches, this unique ceramic piece draws inspiration from a historic relic. It honors Minerva, the Roman goddess of wisdom and health, and is shaped using a mold derived from an antique plaster intaglio dating back to the Grand Tour era around 1840. This piece is glazed in Soot, a heavier matte black. Like the remnants of a cozy fire.

All sizes are approximate and due to the nature of the pieces, slight imperfections should be expected (and embraced!) All pieces are hand built out of stoneware and glazed using only lead free and food safe glazes.

All forms are made from white stoneware clay bodies.
