Our Panettone with Rum and Chocolate is crafted exclusively with natural sourdough and undergoes a double fermentation process lasting over 48 hours. It’s generously studded with 55% dark chocolate chips and infused with rum, while tiny black specks of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla add a delicate aromatic touch. The texture is exceptionally soft, and the flavor is both refined and bold. Despite its richness, this panettone is remarkably easy to digest, thanks to the use of top-quality ingredients and extended leavening methods. Completely free of preservatives, semi-finished products, artificial flavorings, and vegetable fats, our panettone is 100% artisanal — entirely handmade with passion, following a tradition that has endured since 1882.
