Pear & Dark Chocolate Panettone

Our candied pears and dark chocolate chips.  You can find little black dots of Bourbon vanilla inside. The texture is extremely soft and the flavor is elegant but strong. It’s a rich but highly digestible panettone, thanks to the usage both of first quality raw materials and of long rising techniques. It’s completely free from preservatives, semi-finished products, flavorings and vegetable fats. 100% prepared by hand with passion since 1882, in keeping with tradition.

• Wheat flour, butter, fresh pasteurized egg yolk, candied pear (11%) (pear (58% equal to 6.4% of the finished product), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), 50% dark chocolate (7%) (cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural vanilla flavoring), sugar, natural sourdough yeast (wheat flour, water), water, milk, salt, cream, cornstarch, Bourbon vanilla, lemon peel. May contain nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios), sesame and mustard.

Store in a cool, dry place at a maximum of 20-22°C (68-72°F).

Once opened, store the product in its own tightly closed bag.

• Don't refrigerate it. About 90 days of shelf-life.
• Once opened, the product keeps a week.
