Olivieri 1882’s Mini Panettone is naturally leavened for 48 hours with live sourdough and crafted entirely by hand. Despite its small size, it retains the same extraordinary softness, delicate aroma, and refined flavor of the original. Perfect as a gourmet gift, elegant stocking stuffer, or single-serve indulgence.

• Wheat flour, butter, fresh pasteurized egg yolk, raisins (13%) (raisins, sunflower oil), candied orange (11%) (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), sugar, natural sourdough yeast (wheat flour, water), water, milk, candied orange paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), salt, cream, cornstarch, Bourbon vanilla, lemon peel. May contain nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios), soy, sesame and mustard.

Store in a cool, dry place at a maximum of 20-22°C (68-72°F).

Once opened, store the product in its own tightly closed bag.
