Home Tour with Samantha Wennerstrom of Could I Have That
Santa Barbara-based style blogger, Samantha Wennerstrom of Could I Have That recently purchased a 1950’s style home and just finished a complete renovation of the interior. She revealed her gorgeous new digs in partnership with online wellness publication Well+Good. We are excited to be apart of Samantha’s new venture as she adds touches of DIANI Living throughout her new home. From dining room decor and kitchen accessories to plush pillows in the guest bedroom and a swoon-worthy master bath, I can’t help but say, could i have that? seriously, though.
The cooler weather (even in California) has us spending more time indoors. Samantha has created a comfortable, yet chic living room with just the right amount of DIANI Living details, from a sleek Yokwe vase, created by Santa Barbara ceramicist Sarah Genuardi, to a custom succulent arrangement on the entry table, designed by DIANI Living’s in-house botanist.
Samantha’s handy hubby created this built-in shelf that doubles as a wine cellar. We love how she’s added the Zulu Ilala Palm Ukhamba Canister to her collection of keepsakes. Our African baskets are one-of-a-kind fair trade pieces made from palm fronds and wild grasses.
Samantha picked up a few of our linens, dishware and accessories to round out her sleek, modern kitchen. Our Simple Stripe Napkins are handmade from 100% cotton and are perfect for any occasion, from holiday parties to casual date night. The moody hue of our Smoked Amwell Glassware will instantly add a festive feeling to any table setting. The Half Dipped Ring Bowl and Hand Forged Brass Teaspoon are simple touches that really tie the space together.
We love the use of our Chamberlin Platter to hold fresh fruit.
We can’t get enough of Samantha’s dreamy guest bedroom. Nothing pairs better with a white duvet than plush printed pillows. To add layers and create a relaxed, cozy feel, she is using our custom African Batik Pillows, made with a vintage batik textile and a white French linen backing. Our blue batik fabric was also used to create the upholstered headboard and really ties the room’s color story together.
Saving the best for last, we are obsessing over Samantha’s master bathroom. The clean, crisp white color palette contrasts perfectly with our Vintage Wood Stools and Vintage Hungarian Dough Bowl. We love how she used the dough bowl to display her linens and beauty products.
What a wonderful place to call home, Samantha. Congrats on all the wonderful touches and thank you for including some of DIANI Living’s signature elements in your spaces. To watch the full house tour video with Samantha and Well + Good, visit www.wellandgood.com/good-home/holiday-home-tips-caldrea.
