Caroline's Winter Sale Edit

It’s been a minute since I did a monthly Edit, and with our Winter Sale Event going on, this is the perfect time to shine a light on that. I’ve been falling in love all over again with so many classics that have been rounded up in the sale - There are really great pieces that are either already in my wardrobe and well loved, or on my wishlist. These styles may only be available in a couple of sizes, but it’s well worth hunting through to find some treasures. So for this Edit, I’m sharing what I’m loving on sale in both clothing and shoes...

With the weather across the country behaving, let’s face it, as it should this time of year, we’re pulling out all the stops with layers to stay warm. And in our Winter Sale, we have some killer deals on the perfect cool weather pieces to elevate your winter style game.

Enter the Woori Jacket - a two-in-one with it’s reversible feature. Made of shearling and patchwork suede, this jacket hits at the perfect spot on the waist and has just the right amount of fullness for a subtle swing shape. Layer it with the Courtney Sweater with a playful yet classic stripe that makes this hero knit great for year round. Another great classic knit is the New Serafini which can be worn alone or is a lightweight night cashmere to layer under the Collarless Double Breasted Blazer or Not A Double Breasted Blazer. Both blazers from Smythe are cut with a lower length and looser on the hips. Throw on a scarf like my favorite one on sale by Isabel Marant and you’re set.

Looking for a more casual layer? The Harveli Coat is a plaid felted shirt jacket style that is warm, and has an oversized cut so it's ideal for layering knitwear underneath. Alternately, layer the Flat Sleeve Shirt under, unbuttoned, with a tee. This shirt has a lovely weight and cut. I had to throw in the Bambi Blouse to my favorites list because it’s such a versatile top. You can wear it with the ties loose or bowed at the neck for two different looks, and style with everything from jeans, pants, long mid skirts, and culottes with boots. It’s one of those blouses that gets great feedback from those who’ve bought it.

Lastly, the Camille Bow Dress is the ultimate black dress that will serve you well. Made in rich velvet with a pretty bow trio down the front, the long sleeves and midi length offer everything that’s flattering for all body types.

I have so much fun buying accessories because I know how big a role they play in everyone’s wardrobes. When you get your accessories right, they pull a whole look together. For those vertically challenged (I’m 5’ 5”), I love a heel, and I love a wedge even more. A shearling wedge boot and I’m in heaven. The Totam Wedge is warm, stylish and one of those boots that you need to try on to see just how great and versatile they are. I can’t say enough good things about these boots. Pair with the Paul Lune shoulder bag in a beautiful taupe tone with stitching color pops. This bag has a zipper so all your goodies are securely stored.

If you’re looking for a classic Chelsea boot style, the Wild Boots are just that, and come in a great, dark chocolate suede color. Is your wardrobe needing puddle and snow proof boots? The Balbi Boots are shearling lined, making them very warm and cozy, and the camel color, and sleek styling, make these boots more than just functional -- they’re chic too.

A great everyday bag that can be styled a couple of ways is the Jerry Mini. It has a detachable fringe trim so on your boho, Western vibe days, keep the fringe on, and for your more classic and clean outfits, unsnap the fringe. One of my favorite parts of this bag is the turquoise stone detailing. For a useful jean belt that’s got just the right amount of rock ’n’ roll, I love the Civan Belt. The tan leather is a great neutral, and the silver studding trim packs a style punch.

A kitten heel is an essential in everyone’s wardrobe and these Clarita Architectural heels in a subtle golden lamé are easy to style for day or night, casual or dressy. Lastly, I had to throw in these Jazmin Sandals, even though we’re not in the warmer months yet. I love the elevated satin, animal print on an espadrille base. These slides are easy to throw on with anything, and they’re comfortable too.

These are just some of my favorite pieces, and if you haven't checked out our Winter Sale Event yet, there are so many goodies to explore with 30-80% off.
