A Letter From Caroline

As we all wrap up 2022 and download the year's highs and lows, I'm pretty overwhelmed that I found my way through once again with more high points than low. There have been many years where I haven't been able to say that, but this one was a goodie. In a world that moves at breakneck speed, I have found a rhythm that's sustainable and allows me to take in the myriad of details that make up a day, a week, a month, a year.  And there are so many people in my life that make my journey so much richer. And that's where you come in...

To each and every customer who has shopped with us in the stores or online this year, thank you! And to everyone who follows along with our community here on the blog, Instagram and our weekly emails, thank you. We love what we do to bring magic to you and none of it would be possible without your support.

To the designers and craftspeople we partner with in our stores, thank you! Your creativity threads the storytelling tapestry together here at DIANI. 

To the editors, writers and friends on social media who have shared stories about DIANI, thank you! Your support means the world to us.

To my team - Leanna, Christine, Ariella, Cynthia, Reena, Cyn, Carolina, Julie, Helen, Dominique, Shaina, Cara, Sarah, Margaret, Jennifer, Lupita, Julia, Elle and Amelia, thank you, thank you! Every single member of this team gives the best of themselves every day and helps bring the vision to life. I am just one part of this operation and proud to have such a talented team of strong, creative and smart ladies around me. 

And to my husband, Jeffrey, thank you! Thank you for being there to hold space for me to grow, explore, try new things, fail, and try again. For handling the parts of the business that my brain doesn’t have the capacity for, and for doing everything with levity and humor. And thank you for feeding me, even when I'm not hungry.
