Website Security

The use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology guarantees that shopping on DIANI is secure.

When you enter your personal information and credit card number, SSL encrypts all personal information including your name, address and credit card number.

All DIANI credit card transactions are transmitted using SSL through the payment gateway, the preferred payment gateway among internet merchants for securely managing payment transactions on the Internet.

To ensure that your internet connection is secure, look at the lower right-hand or left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing a page. Depending on your browser, you will see an unbroken key or a closed lock to indicate that the SSL is active and your information secure. You can also look at the URL line of your browser: when accessing a secure page, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."

Security Policy

DIANI recognizes that your privacy is important to you and therefore we employ technical security measures that endeavor to protect information from outside threats. However, DIANI, and its service providers do not represent, warrant or guarantee that Personal Information will be protected against loss, misuse or alterations, or unauthorized access by third-parties and do not accept any liability for Personal Information submitted to them, nor for your or third parties' use or misuse of Personal Information.

With respect to DIANI's employees, access to your Personal Information is restricted to those employees who require access in order to perform their employment duties. Privacy Policy

Children's Privacy Protection does not target and is not intended for children under the age of 13. DIANI abides by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requirements and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under age of 13.

Collection of Personal Information collects information that could be used to identify you ("Personal Information") when you contact us for information. Such specific information is only collected via online forms and direct communications. Any other information we collect, including but not limited to browser version and operating system, do not include details that identify you and are only used for statistical analysis.
