DIANI has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your DIANI purchase, please call or email us within 7 days of receiving your order at 1.877.342.6474 or customercare@dianiboutique.com with the reason for the return or exchange, and you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange or online credit. If a final sale item is sent back without authorization, the item(s) will be returned at the cost of the recipient.
