While Jeffrey and I took some time for ourselves over the New Year at our Upstate Farmhouse in New York, we sat down and recorded a candid conversation about thoughts on where 2019 has brought us and where we’re going as we look forward to 2020. This is our second installment, where I explore the idea that how I feel about myself and my health are so vital to how I run my business.
