Caroline's Essentials For The Easter Holiday

With Easter just around the corner, I’ve been pulling together some festive entertaining accents, and revisiting old favorites for casual dining. Since it's a time to gather and celebrate (rain or shine), and with warmer weather on the horizon and fresh blooms popping up, our color palette is softening. So for this week’s post, I’m rounding up my Easter essentials, whether we're dressing for the occasion, choosing a gift or setting the table.

Easter brunch never looked so good in the ultra chic Claudia Jumpsuit from Saloni. From the print to the fit, I’m in love with everything about this piece. It’s tailored to perfection with a twisted neckline, fitted waist and straight-leg trouser silhouette. It features a beautiful scallop seashell print and an elegant open back detail.

I’m styling it here with the Rivka Leather Platform Sandals and the rhinestone Doris Pouch, both from Loeffler Randall. To accessorize, I'm bringing in a pop of green with the Stone Earrings from Isabel Marant Étoile, and adding a delicate Italian Chain Link Bracelet from Adina Reyter.

Whether you’re setting the Easter table or looking for a gift idea, our DIANI Sage Bundle (available in pink and yellow) is my favorite this time of year. Made in house, each bundle is made of a sage wand, dried wild flowers and grasses. The bundle can be separated so that the flowers can be arranged in a vase and the sage wand burned.

Make your very own pressed flowers as a gift using our new line of Flower Presses. Available in three different sizes – small, medium and large, each press comes complete with five sheets of corrugated card and eight sugar papers, plus a leaflet explaining how to assemble the press and begin pressing. Collect flowers and leaves you find while on a walk or your travels and preserve them to cherish for years to come.

Add a bit of Easter fun to your kitchen or dining room with these sweet Bunny Tea Towels. Made from 100% linen with a handprinted bunny motif in pastel spring colors (rose and white dune), these towels are not only pretty to look at, but also practical and functional too.

Around Easter time each year, I pull out these sweet ceramic Doe Rabbit Statues. I love their whimsy and they look lovely around the home or as a centerpiece on a tabletop, plus they're perfect for gifting too. They're available in a small or large size, and I suggest grouping a few together when decorating.

Here is an Easter table setting I put together using a few of the Doe Rabbits, and I included soft, natural spring-inspired tableware pieces – from my favorite everyday ceramic servingware and linens to special etched glassware and ornate vases, for a natural and elegant aesthetic.

For each place setting I used the linen Maya Placemat topped with a Chamberlin Platter and Pasta Bowl and a Lace Salad Plate. To bring in some texture and color, I used my custom designed Organic Cotton Napkins in paisley folded into our Cane Napkin Rings.

For glassware, I used a mix from the Sienna Etched Glassware collection – like the Champagne Glass in Fern and Water Glass in Berry. I love the look of the botanical designs engraved into a super thin glass – I use them throughout the year for a variety of occasions.

Easter Essentials

It feels good to be pulling out Easter décor and entertaining pieces as we welcome the first few weeks of spring. The stores are filled with everything you need to celebrate, from what to wear and what to gift, to what to set your table with. The Easter holiday is upon us, so hop to it!

Sending lots of love,
