Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your DIANI purchase, please call or email us within 7 days of receiving your order at 1.877.342.6474 or firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for the return or exchange, and you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number.
The RA number must be included on your original packing receipt, and all return merchandise must be received by DIANI within 10 days of issuing an RA number.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges, but items purchased online may be returned or exchanged in the boutiques if accompanied by the original packing receipt.
Exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to the customer.
Upon receipt of properly returned merchandise customers will receive a refund to the original purchaser's credit card or online credit. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from DIANI.
All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the store tags still attached. Any item(s) with indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer.
Shoes may be pulled from boutique stock and, therefore, may have been tried on within the store. This might contribute to minor scuffs but they should not be considered worn. Shoes being returned must be in their original box and original condition.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear or undergarments.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange or online credit. If a final sale item is sent back without authorization, the item(s) will be returned at the cost of the recipient.

In-Store Return Policy
It is our intention to satisfy all customers. With that in mind, we are happy to return unworn & unused items purchased in-store within 10 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. No returns on sale merchandise, jewelry or lingerie. No refunds.
Out-of-Stock Items & Special Ordering
While we attempt to keep our site as current as possible, occasionally items may be out-of-stock. If an item you have ordered is not available for purchase, we will notify you by e-mail or phone.
If you are interested in an item that is out-of-stock in your preferred size/color, please e-mail or call our Customer Care line at 1.877.342.6474, and we will let you know if the item will be restocked or if it is available for special order.
If previously purchased merchandise is marked down within 7 days of the original order date, DIANI will adjust the price of an item, once. If a coupon was used in the original purchase, that coupon cannot be applied to the price adjustment and only the difference between the original price paid and the new discounted price will be refunded. To receive a price adjustment, call DIANI at 1.877.342.6474 or email email@example.com with your order number and request. Eligible refunds will be applied to your original form of payment.
Only at the time of purchase will DIANI match another online retailer's advertised prices. Please call 1.877.342.6474 to make your request. The specifications are as follows:
- Price match must be on merchandise of identical style and color.
- The retailer's price/promotions must be visible on their site for verification.
- The retailer's website must be an authorized distributor of the designer.
- The retailer's prices must be published in U.S. dollars.
- DIANI will not match prices for websites that operate as an auction, discounter or liquidator.
- Price matching cannot be combined with any DIANI promotion or coupon code.
