- Placing an Order | Top
The easiest way to place an order is through our website. Find your items using the shop or designer navigation menus from the main navigation bar, or through the Search function located on the bottom right of each site page. Once on individual item pages, you can view all additional items in that category through the styles area to the right of each page. In the styles area, click on individual item images and links to access additional individual item pages.
On any individual item page, click the Add To Bag button to add the item to your shopping bag. You can then continue shopping, or click the Checkout button below your cart to complete your purchase. You will then be guided through the Checkout process: step-by-step registration, shopping cart review, shipping options, payment and order confirmation.
If you would prefer to order your items by telephone, please call 1.877.342.6474 during regular business hours.
Please note: All orders placed after 5:00 p.m. PST will be processed the next business day, excluding holidays. Once an order is placed, you will be unable to make changes to the order online.
- Order Status & History | Top
To check the status of current orders and review your order history, click the My Account link located on the top right of each site page, then Log In using your registered e-mail address and password. Once logged into your account page, you can check order status of all current orders and review the details of your past orders. It you have any problems accessing your account, please contact DIANI customer service at customercare@dianiboutique.com, or by calling 1.877.342.6474.
- Payment Methods | Top
DIANI accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Transactions will be processed when orders are shipped.
- Gift Wrap | Top
DIANI offers gift wrapping of all purchases for an additional charge of $5.00 per item, and is offered as an option on each item page. Our gift wrapping consists of our insignia boxes, tissue paper, and our signature ribbon with driftwood accents.
- Gift Certificates | Top
Gift certificates can be purchased through our website in denominations of $50. Simply select Gift Certificates from the Shop navigation menu, select the denomination you wish to send and then Add To Bag. Your Gift Certificate purchase amount will be credited to your DIANI account for you to send to the recipient at your convenience.

Normal shipping charges will be applicable to all gift certificate purchases.
DIANI is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
- Purchasing Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. Once purchased, the value of the Gift Certificate will be added to your own personal Gift Certificate Account. If you have funds in your Gift Certificate account, please log into your account and click on the "Send Gift Certificate" link - once there you can send the Gift Certificate to anyone via e-mail.
- How to Send Gift Certificates
To send a Gift Certificate you need to go to our Send a Gift Certificate page accessed through "My Account". When you send a Gift Certificate, you need to specify the following:
- The name of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to
- The e-mail address of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to
- The $ amount you want to send
- Your personal message to the recipient
Please Note: You do not have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Certificate Account.
Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to make changes before the e-mail is actually sent.
- Buying with Gift Certificates
If you have funds in your Gift Certificate account, you can use those funds to purchase any items in our store. At checkout, an extra box will appear. Check this box to apply those funds in your Gift Certificate account to your order total.
Please Note: You will still have to select an additional payment method if there are not enough funds in your Gift Certificate account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift Certificate account than the total cost of your purchase, the balance will be left in your Gift Certificate account for future use.
- Redeeming Gift Certificates
If you receive a Gift Certificate by e-mail, it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Certificate, along with a personal message from them. The e-mail will also contain a Gift Certificate number. Please be sure to print out this e-mail for future reference.
You can now redeem your Gift Certificate in two ways:
By clicking on the link contained within the e-mail. This will take you to the store's Redeem Certificate page. You will then be requested to create an account to validate the Gift Certificate and place the funds in your Gift Certificate account, ready to spend on anything you choose.
During the checkout process, on the select payment method page, you will see an "Enter Gift Certificate Code" box. Simply enter the Gift Certificate number from your e-mail there, and click the redeem button. The code will automatically be validated and added to your Gift Certificate account. The amount of your Gift Certificate will then be applied to your order.
Please Note: You will still have to select an additional payment method if there are not enough funds in your Gift Certificate account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift Certificate account than the total cost of your purchase, the balance will be left in your Gift Certificate account for future use.
- Sales Tax | Top
We are required by the State of California to charge a sales tax of 8.75% on any order shipped to a California address.
- Returns & Exchanges | Top
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your DIANI purchase, please call or email us within 7 days at 1.877.342.6474 or customercare@dianiboutique.com with the reason for the return or exchange, and you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number.
The RA number must be included on your original packing receipt, and all return merchandise must be received by DIANI within 10 days of issuing an RA number.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges, but items purchased online may be returned or exchanged in the boutiques if accompanied by the original packing receipt.
Exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to the customer.
Upon receipt of properly returned merchandise customers will receive a refund to the original purchaser’s credit card or online credit.
All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the store tags still attached. Any item(s) with indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer.
Shoes may be pulled from boutique stock and, therefore, may have been tried on within the store. They should not be considered as worn. Shoes being returned must be in their original box and original condition.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear or undergarments.

- Out-of-Stock Items | Top
While we attempt to keep our site as current as possible, occasionally items may be out-of-stock. If an item you have ordered is not available for purchase, we will notify you by e-mail or phone.
If you are interested in an item that is out-of-stock in your preferred size/color, please e-mail or call our Customer Care line at 1.877.342.6474, and we will let you know if the item will be restocked and available for purchase at a future date.

When an order is placed on our site, it is usually processed and shipped within one business day. If there is any delay in the processing or shipping of your order, we will contact you. Once your items have been shipped, we will generate a shipping confirmation e-mail that will detail your order information and a link to track your package(s).

DianiBoutique.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at cs@internationalcheckout.com.

See something on the site that would be perfect for someone you know? Using our Tell a Friend feature, enter your friend's contact information and a personal message and we'll e-mail them your product recommendation and an introduction to DIANI boutiques.
- Wish List | Top
Getting what you really want has never been easier. For your birthday, anniversary, or any reason at all, create a DIANI Wish List to share with family and friends. To create a list, find an item you'd like to add, click Add To Wishlist on the item page, and it will be added to your Wish List. You can then select items from your Wish List to move to your Shopping Bag for immediate purchase, or e-mail your list to friends and family. To access your Wish List, simply log into your DIANI account.
- Registration Benefits | Top
Registration offers an enhanced shopping experience. DIANI account benefits include expedited checkout, personal address book, access to current order status, detailed order history, and a Wish List.
Registered customers may also sign up to receive the DIANI monthly e-newsletter, which will keep you updated on new arrivals and designers, upcoming events and boutique news.
New customers will be prompted to set up an account during the first step of checkout. To register without making a purchase, simply click the My Account link, located at the top right of each site page, to go directly to the registration page.

The use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology guarantees that shopping on DIANI is secure.
When you enter your personal information and credit card number, SSL encrypts all personal information including your name, address and credit card number.
All DIANI credit card transactions are transmitted using SSL through the Authorize.net payment gateway, the preferred payment gateway among internet merchants for securely managing payment transactions on the Internet.
To ensure that your internet connection is secure, look at the lower right-hand or left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing a page. Depending on your browser, you will see an unbroken key or a closed lock to indicate that the SSL is active and your information secure. You can also look at the URL line of your browser: when accessing a secure page, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."
