Loeffler Randall was born out of designer Jessie Randall's quest to find the shoes that she wanted to wear but could not find – shoes that possessed an understated elegance, were well-made, and undeniably feminine. Returns & Exchanges
Holiday Return Policy: any items purchased between December 1st and December 24th can request a return authorization until January 5, 2015. Please call 1.877.342.6474 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for the return or exchange, and you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange or online credit. If a final sale item is sent back without authorization, the item(s) will be returned at the cost of the recipient.
