Pantofola d'Oro

The old Lazzarini cobbler's shop was founded in 1886 in Ascoli Piceno, but it wasn't until the 50's when Emidio Lazzarini took over that the legend of the Pantofola d'Oro "Golden Slipper" took root. Born out of a need for a comfortable wrestling shoe, Lazzarini created an exceptionally soft sneaker with room to give thanks to its calf leather sole that contours to the foot. Today, Pantofola d'Oro encompasses more than just sportswear but brings the same care and craftsmanship to their line of women's footwear. The end result is an unbelievably comfortable flat that will stand the test of time.
